With both ocean & pool views and just 150 feet from the beach, our home has been beautifully and totally remodeled. We created a spacious living, dining, kitchen area, and powder room on the lower level . Upstairs is the master bedroom with a fabulous view from the lanai and a guest bedroom. Both have remodeled bathrooms with spacious showers. Our home is beautifully furnished in a tasteful, understated tropical décor.
Just inside the door, you'll find a custom 'cubby credenza' with a bamboo basket 'cubby' for every member of your family. It's the perfect place to stow your towel, keys, cell phone and beach bag! The kitchen with its spacious granite peninsula is well-appointed, with everything you need when you decide to dine in. You'll find flat screen HD TVs in every room with a Bose in-wall speaker system and Bluetooth connect audio system for your phones or tablets in the entertainment center. Free WiFi. From the lower level lanai, you have a stunning view of the ocean and the gardens.
We keep our home in top condition . Each bedroom and the living room have individual controlled air conditioning.
